Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship worldwide from Perth, Western Australia.

All parcels are registered, insured and tracked.

I’ve ordered a print, when will my order be sent?

All photographic prints are custom printed just for you and will be sent within 10 business days.

How are the prints packaged?

Each Fine Art Metal Print is carefully boxed in a custom made art-safe cardboard packaging with corner protection, and carefully wrapped to ensure its safe arrival.

Each Medium and Large Paper Fine Art Print is carefully rolled in an archival poly film and shipped and packaged in a strong mailing tube to ensure its safe arrival. Small-sized Fine Art Prints are carefully flat packed in a custom-made print box.

Delivery Estimates (within Australia)

Once your order has been printed, you can expect the following delivery timings:

Standard QLD Delivery: 2 – 4 Business Days
Standard NSW/ACT/VIC Delivery: 3 – 4 Business Days
Standard SA Delivery: 5 – 6 Days
Standard WA Delivery: 6 – 7 Days
Standard Delivery Rural areas: 6 – 12 Business Days
Please note that these delivery times are an estimate only and may be impacted by delivery delays beyond my control.

Standard UK Delivery: 8 – 10 Business Days
Standard USA Delivery: 10 – 14 Business Days
Standard International Delivery to Remote Areas: 14 – 21 Business Days

Can I track my item?

All orders are fully trackable and signed on delivery (unless delivery address is in Covid lockdown area or ‘Authority To Leave’ is provided).

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates?

You will receive an email confirming your order. If you still can’t find anything please email hello@karlseddon.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

As each photographic print is custom made for every order, all purchases of photographic prints are final and I do not accept returns. I am unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I will endeavour to resolve the issue. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as I may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
